Our return policy is simple. If you're unhappy with Taopatch, just return it for a full refund.

Shipping Policy:

We aim to ship your Taopatch to you within 2-3 business days of receiving your order, but sometimes it can take us up to a week. We use UPS (2-3 day delivery) for shipping within the United States and internationally. You can track your orders by searching the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Fulfillment, Replacement, and Return

How long does it take to receive the product?

The delivery time frame for orders within the United States take 4-5 business days while international orders take 7-21 business days.
An email with the order tracking information will be sent once our shipping team starts to prepare your order.

Please allow a few extra days for the package to be delivered as our couriers may experience delays due to the pandemic.

Are import fees and duties included in the total?

Import fees and duties are not included in the total and will have to be paid separately before or upon delivery of the order. Import fees and duties will be shouldered by the buyer.

Can I get replacements for lost patches?

Lost of patches while in use have no warranty and will not be eligible for replacements.

How do I return my order?

Return and Refund Guidelines:

  • The package must be complete (number of patches, case, etc.) with the exception of the adhesives.
  • The order must be within a 90-day time frame to be eligible.
  • The refund will be processed through Paypal, credit card, or cheque (special case) once the order has been received on our end.

When can I expect my refund?

Once our shipping team confirms the order has been returned to our warehouse, you will receive an email to confirm if the mode of payment used on the order is still and active. We will process the refund with 24 hours of the response. The refund may take 5-10 business days to reflect on your credit card or Paypal accounts. Please allow 3-4 weeks for refunds through cheques to be received.
